Why: To manifest peace around the world and in your personal and business life.
A Quick Start: Set your intention to focus on understanding what another may be dealing with in their life without judgments or evaluations. Just be present for them. Take a few deep breaths first. Start next Wednesday before you get out of bed. Just say, I will really try to listen without any judgments. Make it your affirmation such as saying at every meal. I listen without any judgments. Then visualize yourself doing this action. What You Can Do?
